I cant seem to decide between all the real estate companies. Is there one that somebody would recommend? Shorewest, Century 21, First Weber, etc. ?

I am studing for the Ohio Real Estate Salesperson exam, and I am having trouble with the difference between these two.
I’m a graduating senior in high school and about to enter college during the Fall. I am wondering how long is the process to obtain a real estate salesperson license.
Also, what is the simple difference between a broker and salesperson? I believe a broker is above the salesperson, correct? And how do I get MLS?

One of the requirements for attaining a Louisiana Real Estate license is “Be sponsored by a licenses real estate broker”. Does this mean employed by? Have a signed agreement? What?
I have to renew my real estate salesperson license. I no longer work as a realtor, but like to keep it active as I will be buying a home soon, and may decide to get back in the business in the future when the market improves. How can I park my license so it will not expire? I am in the state of Illinois and not sure how it works here.

In my state, to get a real estate salesperson license you must complete 90 classroom hours of approved real estate courses. Can those hours be done in an online school? In other words, are there any approved real estate schools on the internet?
