I’d like to know what the job of a real estate sales agent consists of, what the start up costs are, and if i’m suited to actually practicing real estate.
I’m just starting in real estate and I’m wondering what to expect in my first year? I’m just trying to figure out if I’ll make it? I’m in the southwest florida area which the market is horrible but the foreclosures and short sales are making many agents very busy.
How do you go about becoming a real estate broker in Michigan? Not a real estate sales person. I know that there is licensing that is required. But do you have to work a certain amount of time as a real estate sales person to become a broker?
