i know that the market isn’t doing as well as it should, but i am wanting to be a real estate agent in southern california. is it a good time to pursue this career? how much commission does a avg. real estate agent make off of a home?
i want to do something with real estate…is it better to be a agent, or a real estate aprasier?
I am under contract to buy a home. Since accepting a counter offer over a month ago, real estate prices have fallen dramatically. I don’t close on this home for over 30 days. The bank has not had the property appraised yet. Is there any way I can change my offer based on the changing real estate market?
