Hello, I’m an aspiring real estate investor. I’ve done my research and would like to buy a foreclosed home at a lowered price in the Mississauga area. How would I go about finding out where they are located? Should I just go ask the local banks?
I want to become a successful real estate investor. Is anyone of you aware of a successful real estate businessman in real life?
I see advertisings for becoming a real estate investor without the capital, is this possible? How would you do that?
I’m 17 and I would like to become a real estate investor. Do I go to college and learn about it? Should I start off as a real estate agent and then go on? What should I do?
I’m a beginning real estate investor, and would like to know of resources (i.e. books/people/internet) where i can get info on buying houses for resale and for rentals. But just want to gather information that will keep me from making costly mistakes and avoid pitfalls.
Seriously. I know it can be done somehow. I can’t really afford to take huge risks with my money right now and I would love to be a real estate investor. Please help (and scammers don’t even bother posting!!). Thanks in advance!
I really would like to get into real estate investing. However, I do not have a mentor. I wish I knew someone who started with nothing and now is a productive real estate investor. I see info out there about becoming a real estate agent but nothing on how to become a real estate investor unless you read books which I have. I just think it would be so much more educationally informational for me if I worked with someone one on one. Can anyone assist me? I appreciate all answers. Thanks guys!
I’m currently about to graduate from college and have already made some investments in real estate that are panning out as we speak. Once I graduate I will have a lot of free time on my hands, and so I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good career that would help me continue to learn the ins and outs of property investment. I have already considered the job of Realtor, Property Locator, and Loan Officer- anything else would be very helpful. Thank you in advance!
I am an investor who would like to get my real estate license. Do I still have to hang my license with a company like a Century 21 or Remax, or are their alternative measures?
I’ve always thought that a real estate investor just bought houses, fixed ‘em up, and sold them for more money or something of that sort.
Am I completely off the mark?
I am a new real estate investor. I am looking for a good real estate investment coach in San Francisco Bay Area. I have a real estate saleperson license and have basic real estate investment knowledge. I am looking for a good real estate investor coach who have years of success investment experience in residential and commericial.
