I am a stay at home mom and I need to find an accredited school that I can take an online course for real estate appraisal. Does anyone have a good suggestion?
I am intrested in getting my Appraisal License in Florida but I want to be able to move to Mobile, Alabama if need to with out to many problems. Are they reciprocal? Like the real estate agent courses? Thanks!
I want to enter into the world of real estate. At the current moment, I am looking into foreclosed homes, and want to learn ways to increase the property value of my home.

Currently, I only know the tax appraisal 109K, from the home I am planning to buy.
(Home built in 2006, around 1500 sq)
How much of a difference can I expect from the real estate appraisal? Lower or Higher?
Are homes usually valued around the same as the tax appraisal?
What kind of problems can I face if the appraiser values the home too low or high?
The appraisal would be for the purchase of a home, right now the asking price is 96K( it’s a foreclosure).

I beleive that appraisal validity duration is specific to individual states, but I can not find any information at the state level to indicate how long a real estate appraisal is good for.
I want to get my license to do commercial and residential real estate apprasials, but I am worried about the current real estate market. Is this still a good career to pursue, or is the market really ending for this type of business? How much money do appraisal workers make annually? Thanks for any info!
