I’m looking to buy a house but it’s already October and I haven’t found one that I love and I’m wondering if I wait until after the stimulus ends if I could save at least $10,000 because people will stop buying without the stimulus. What are the chances that real estate prices will go up after the stimulus ends?
Who are some well known people who have became wealthy as real estate agents or real estate owners and how did they do it. Also does anyone know any good real estate books or videos that teach you what you need to know to become wealthy in real estate.

I was told that if had a few preforclosure properties that i’am trying to sell,that a real estate agent would’nt want to try and bring people to my properties… On average there would be at least 20 to 30 thousand in equity on each property… I was told that the agent would get in my way or the other way around… I don’t see how if there were contracts signed to prevent that from happening.
I want to become a real estate agent. I know it is a bad economy but people still need house. What are some good states in need of people needing houses and what does it take to be a real estate agent. Thanks.
I’m considering joining a condo conversion firm in California, but am worried about the timing and how the business might fare given recent weakening in the housing market. Intuitively I’d think if real estate prices are dropping, fewer people will be converting into condos, so it might not be a good move for me. The guy who’s trying to hire me is saying that the condo conversion biz is market independent and is a generally strengthening trend. Does anyone out there with experience in real estate want to weigh in here? Please list your credentials as well, and i’ll give lots of points to the best, etc. Thanks.

My dad is a public school teacher but he became a millionare investing in real estate. His advise is to hire the “youngest and hottest real estate dame in town”. He says they get more people interested in their properties and they are harder to say no to when working through a deal. He sounds like a pig to me on this one but it has worked for him. Any one with experience on this one because I need to find a good agent.
