I don’t feel like going back to school and I don’t want it to interfere with my job because I’am relying on that job to save up money for my real estate business.
I do have the money to make a small land development deal.
I’m not star struck…I’m a realist. They’re not affected by the real estate market ups and downs.
Does it take a four year degree? what schools offer this training/courses, and what tests are required…. Also if you are a real estate agent how did you start out, what was it like? How much did you start out making?

How is gross sales defined in terms of real estate? Is the definition similar to the standard business definition of gross sales (total number of sales in a given time), or is there a difference?
I’m real confused about my future and I’m trying to find jobs I would do well in. And I was wondering what would I have to do to work in real estate.
When a Real Estate Agent represents a lender ie: a foreclosure, what is the customary commission? ie; a house sells for $280,000. What is the % commision. How does that translate into dollars? IF I can come to an agreement with an agent to give me a commission for sending a buyer his/her way what % of commission should I reasonably expect? Would it be proper for me to expect for that agent to spell it all out in writting?
I finally took the state exam and passed it this year. I received all thge documents i now need to fill out and submit, they also require me to send in the transcript for real estate principles. However, will it be a problem that i took the class a couple of years ago?
My question is, how many years after i finish the real estate principles class can i take the state exam?

Hello, I’m an aspiring real estate investor. I’ve done my research and would like to buy a foreclosed home at a lowered price in the Mississauga area. How would I go about finding out where they are located? Should I just go ask the local banks?
I am a licensed real estate agent. The small office I previously worked for has closed down and I need to put my license with a new office. I am thinking of going with a larger company this time that has a good reputation. I am looking for an office with no desk fees, a good commission split, ongoing education, and good resources. I am basically thinking of Century 21, Prudential, Keller Williams, and other big ones of that sort. What have been your experiences as an agent with these companies?

Please help me. My house is being priced at $500K and the real estate agent wants 6% commission. She isn’t doing anything special that other agents do. What is an average commission for a home at this price? I feel she is asking too much?
My 1st attempt was a failure. I did not reach the score of 77% – the NJ real estate exam was so different from the certification, it seemed very different than what I was expecting & prepared for.
