Would the site of the ground zero Mosque make great real estate for a First Amendment Museum?

CrocoDuck asked:

Since it's only a few blocks from the WTC, what better place to celebrate FREEDOM. A first amendment museum could be built there, with various artifacts from the Revolutionary war, a replica of the constitution, paintings of the founding fathers, and so forth. Wouldn't a celebration of the first amendment be a much better use for this real estate than some Islamic mosque? Shouldn't construction of the Mosque be blocked so that a first amendment museum or some other celebration of America's freedoms be built there?

Sean asked:

A trillion dollar commercial real estate crisis will begin to unfold in 2010, when short term loans must be refinanced, yet commercial property values have plummeted. As many as 500 regional banks may fail as commercial loans default, and the FDIC only has 10 billion left to cover insolvent banks. Compounding this Deuthsche Bank forecasts that 48% of home mortgages will owe more than the home is worth by the end of 2011.
