If real estate is your chosen profession, then the best education would be professional courses either through the NAR (National Association of Realtors) such as the CRS or GRI program or the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) through their University of Housing courses such as the CSP or IRM programs.
Additionally, there are several excellent sales trainers in the marketplace who can assist you in tuning up your selling skills. Most real estate brokerage companies, especially the national franchises, have established relationships with trainers.
For general college courses I would try accounting, general business courses, psychology (so you can better understand your clients), marketing and advertising and, if available, a course on interior design would help you with “staging” properties for sale.
Good luck – I have been in this business for over 40 years and am still taking courses as well as teaching them and I learn as much from the teaching as do the students. You might wish to take a look at my blog for some additional ideas on sales training for the new home industry -.
