Real Estate For Sale

Do you mean, can you use the property tax you paid on closing for the 2009 property taxes on the house for the Ontario property tax credit? Yes, if you are filing as an Ontario resident, you can claim the property tax credit for property tax you paid in Ontario.

If you mean, can you claim the land transfer tax or other taxes as a deduction from income, no, those are personal expenses.

Thermage Stretch Marks

Ummm Winter and summer means what? What ever you paid personally for the property taxes is a deduction against your tax liability. If its listed on the mortgage paperwork - no! You have to have paid this with a separate personal check.
