What are some suggestions to obtain a real estate license in California?

I want to get a real estate license in California. Just want to take some courses that are fast, preferable within 6 weeks and that costs between $99-$199 to prepare for the exam and also a class that is either online or in a class room setting that are approved by the Real Estate Commissioner and satisfies the pre-license education course requirements. I also live in Long Beach. Can someone help me figure out if this is a good idea or getting an appraial license would be a better idea?

Kaplan Professionals is a great program that does online or in the classroom. They are top rated. You can easily look them up online.

Go or call down to your local C21 office and see when, and where they are holding their next classes. This is a great hands on program. This program will fit into your budget and your time requirements. Doing it this way, you will know for sure you are dealing with a reputable company and will be excepted by the Real Estate Commissioner.
As far as real estate or an appraiser……in both fields, the competition is really tough. Either way, have on hand 6-12 months of reserves to survive in this market…….
