Bozeman Mt Real Estate Listings

You have to renew your license once it is expire, because it is illegal to transact real estate business with your license is expired. It is also dangerous to let anybody used your license, since you are liable for any transaction done under you name.

Sarasota Real Estate News

You will need to find a broker that allows licensees to maintain their license while they don't actively sell real estate. The correct terms in which to search would be "referral status", "non-Active agent". There are some that allow it & you pay a minimal fee, if any, but it IS going to take some research on your part to find one. Many do so, so they can still refer clients to an active agent & still receive a referral commission. This would be your best bet.

FYI, you may incur some fees, depending on the broker, for actively participating in/being a party to a transaction.

Laser Hair Removal New York

I'm thinking you best bet is to try to pick up some extra courses when possible at a night school or something. Showing that you are putting in the effort to continue your education or possibly studying to get your brokers license.
Osrry, but they wont let you keep your realators license so you can buy houses for you and your close friends. And if you could find a broker willing to do that would you really trust him to not ***** you over.

Sacramento CA Real Estate

Yeah it's illegal here in California.
It's call Renta-Broker..........dangerous
But you asked about Illlinois........go to Agentsonline.net
and
don't said it the way you said it up there.
Say I'm looking for a Broker in Illinois.
Then you talk to whomever and see if they are
okay with you hanging your license (as risk) in their office.
Hell tell him, you might sell something once a month.

Find a greedy or desparate one....they are a dime a dozen.
