Now is a bad time. The housing market is in a slump, and due the previous rise, real estate agents flooded the profession and are now all out of work.
Look into in, seriously – its no good right now.

You need to follow your states requirements. Most states require 60 hours of class time with an average cost of $300. After you complete the class, you need to pass the national and state tests and then pay the fees for your license. Going into real estate won’t pay your bills though…it’s commission only and you have a lot of competition.
