Actually me, my brother, and our friend are starting a Real Estate Investing business this week. We are getting a lot of help from someone who has been in business for years. Email me for more info.

I don’t recommend partnerships at all. Partnerships often times lead to broken friendships and a lot of heart ache cuz eventually someone will feel like one of the “partners” isn’t carrying his weight.
I know that isn’t what you’re looking for or asking, but I am seriously asking you to reconsider that. I personally would not do it.
