you can become a realestate sales person without a test in some states, in others-theres no such thing. What you need to do is LOOK up your state on the web for a description of what you need.

You do NOT need a degree in real estate or construction management to break into the development gig. What you DO need is experience and getting a real estate license (even if it’s just PT) will gain you the experience you need.
