I have a felony conviction for posession of stolen property(1996), and also for posession of pseudoeffedrine(2002) and I have not had any legal probloms in 4 years. I have been in the sales industry for the past 2 years and would like to move on to a carreer in real estate. Is there anything stopping me? I know about the education and license requirements, but is there anything else?

If you have completed all your probation/parole I suggest you get your felonies sealed so you could get into your career, your criminal record will stop you if they check your record. here is a good link to get your record expunged
