Can I become someone of the real estate world?

you are young and it takes a lot more then a tittle to be in real state, so do what you have to do if it’s what you want, i’ve tried and know smart people who have tried taking the couse, but just cannot pass that test, too many laws and understanding everyTHING… by the way, we are all way past 20 lol
SO, if it’s what you want GO FOR IT…
you are only 20, take your time and you CAN DO IT…

Most people that I know that are in real estate that are BIG TIME were never agents… Most were business owners or other high net income earners that STORE there money in real estate by purchasing big apartment, commercial and industrial complexes. Don’t get me wrong you can make money by selling real estate… but it will take you a lot longer to achieve you goal going about it that way… There is a reason they say real estate agents are like ***********… You better be able to sell and market yourself because it is a major cutthroat business and other agents will stab you in the back.

The real estate world is diverse as the people who are the Realtors and the people who wish to buy the property from them. Finding your niche is just a matter of researching your area for property values, types of property, and deciding what clients to take on and which ones to pass to another Realtor.
I think being a Realtor is often a full time job–but it doesn’t have to be. If you only have a few properties you take care of at one time, and can devote to them in your off hours, then you juggle both jobs.
