I work full-time and have no time to go to an actual school because it takes 1 hour to get to work and 2 hours to get home mon-fri. So I was wondering if online courses are sufficient enough to get a real estate apprasing license.

Every state has different laws so you’ll have to check for your individual state. I know in Nebraska and Iowa the answer to that question would be no.

No, not only does it take hours and hours of first hand appraising, you have to do hundreds of hours of training under the guidance of a senior appraiser.
Sacramento California Real Estate Natomas
No! You will eventually have to go in person and take the test

If you are interested in becoming a real estate appraiser you should know that it will be necessary to meet licensing and/or certification requirements that are different depending on the State, but you can be sure that they will include real estate appraisal education, working as a trainee, and passing one or more license exams.
Some more good news is that no specific college degree is needed to become a real estate appraiser, but most people working in the field of appraisal have at least a bachelor’s degree.
