I am planning on studying California real estate to become a sales person (Agent). But with this economic sitution i am double minded. Anyone who has a better idea of how things may look in future. Although stock market is going up (DJ and S&P) but the job outlook is still poor. How will this effect CA real estate business?

Like everything else real estate runs in cycles. This is a very good time to get into real estate! You only need to look back in history to see this. this is a good industry to get into.

It will take a while to grow. It’ll require all the financial banks to recover fully before we’ll see any loans going into the housing market.
