Pay cash for it and your tenant pays you back for the entire property in 5 years at their current rent. Oh, and you still own the house.

Detroit has the lowest priced property in the US.
Keyless Remotes
Cheapest would be Detroit but Detroit is the armpit of the USA so even though its cheap not really bank for your buck. I would say best bank for your buck would be Florida or certain areas of the SW USA.
In Detroit you can buy a 4 flat for under 2500, you can buy a house for as little as 500. You’ll be living in the ghetto and if your not there to watch the property people will actually steal bricks off the exterior of your home.
Check out loanhomeonline.com/findamortgage, get financing and dont just buy something b/c its cheap.

There are places where it is as cheap to buy as it is to rent a house.
Detroit and Pittsburgh is where renters can actually lower their monthly expenses by buying. The rest of the list, featuring metros where buying was only slightly more expensive, included Rochester, N.Y.; Memphis, Tenn.; Tampa, Fla.; Cleveland, Tenn.; Columbia, S.C.; Dallas; Las Vegas; and Providence, R.I.
