How about asking a real estate company? Or the realty board.
I don’t know about where you live, but where I am you have to study to get the license. Start with asking either a real estate broker (that might lead to a job later on) or the real estate board. They would have the requirements.

Most of the real estate franchises offer free classes and help you apply for and schedule the test. In the meantime you are learning on the job.
