What is the current real estate value of the Tokyo Imperial Palace?

Buckingham Palace is the same. It has no “real” real estate value, no matter what number you come up with.

You can only calculate the value of the land and they did that a couple years ago. They do not do it every year.
The buildings and cultural treasures are always worth more than the actual land.
