the price of flooded coastal areas will go down.

well if you live on a coast line or warm climate it probably wont be good. in the future there saying southern states will be to hot to live in so northern real estate will be expensive

global warming is a myth. Even the scientists that believe in it say that temps will only rise .5 degree in 10 years.
