you don’t ‘need’ a degree. you need a real estate license, which only requires some hours of education and to pass a test. check with your state for those requirements. if you want a degree, you’ll probably want to lean towards sales or marketing. get experience by doing it… good luck.

You don’t need a degree, but a marketing degree could come in handy since you’ll be marketing yourself and the properties you list.
All you have to do is take the licensing course, usually a 40 hour class over a period of a couple weeks or so. And then you go take the licensing exam with the state.

You don’t need a degree. You need to take the classes offered by any number of real estate agencies. Then you take the test.

No degree is necessary to become an agent, or a broker.
Tests must be passed for one or both.
Pass a state exam and you will be hired. Brokers are always hiring. You are on straight commission.
