I recently reunited with my first and best real estate broker. The timing was great because I'm in a real estate crisis. What would be a taste full gift for her? She is also representing me in buying a house.

Buy or sell a house through her – the commission acts as a swell gift.

Check around the floral dept/lawn garden area of say.. Walmart or some place like that.
Get a nice autumn decor item for her office. Nothing tacky like a scarecrow or halloween like…but just look around. There are plenty of nice autumn things right now.

The very best gift would be to give her a referral. If you pay attention to friends, family members and coworkers, you are bound to have contact with someone who needs to buy or sell a home. Tell them about how wonderful this broker was and be sure to give them her name and phone number. Ask their permission to invite the broker to give them a call. Then call the broker and give her the contact information to be more certain that she actually gets a chance to talk with them.
The opportunity to give her that referral may not come right away. Right now, write a short letter as a testimonial to how well she does her job. Then send it to her and be sure to send one to her boss as well.
