Can a property be sold by a real estate company when the property is listed in a bankruptcy proceeding?

Yes with the permission of the mortgage holder and the Bankruptcy Judge.

Sure. But it can’t close without permission of the bankruptcy court.

yes if on the market prior to the BK filing and for sure in a chapter 7
