I want to buy property and sell to make profit. I dont have any money to buy any land and sell. Is it possible to get a loan from somewhere, buy the home and then sell? Or would I have to join some type of real estate learning course, or buy a kit from an infomerical?

with out money trying to do flips is very dangerous for an inexperienced person let alone a pro who does it all the time. Trying to get even a loan with no money is very hard and the fix up is or can be costly as well.

you are about 2 yrs late in the normal flipping methods, however–
if you want to buy property to flip and have minimal $,
use county tax foreclosure auctions.
why not instead buy it and keep it?

As far as the loan is concerened You could get a business loan — buy and then sell. This should start you off. Continuous investment can then be made. Try reading books on property. Join related forums
